Your server sleeps at zero compute when nobody is playing.
Friends always join here. Switching worlds never changes your server address.
Bedrock editionChoose a platform and template. Your permanent server address is already waiting.
Create a worldYour worlds are safe. Add storage, export a world, or delete a world to resume. Exports remain available while paused.
See what each world occupies and what deleting it would free.
Checking live B2 storage…
Browse the latest indexed snapshot from B2 even while a world’s compute node is offline. File changes are limited to safe managed JSON controls.
Players will appear here after they join your server.
One policy follows the permanent address and is written into every world automatically.
drag_indicatorDrag a player onto a tab or list below to move them. Hover for a moment to switch lists.
Only invited players can join any of your worlds.
The policy above is server-wide. Files shows the same managed whitelist.json, ops.json, banned-players.json, and banned-ips.json separately from world data.
Every world is saved to encrypted B2 storage. Automatic backup every hour while running. Older snapshots are pruned so storage stays predictable. How backups work →

The catalogue automatically filters by that world’s Minecraft version and runtime.

Your browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), so saved analytics and replay choices stay off. If you want to help us look into a problem, the report prompt asks for separate analytics and replay consent for one tab, with an extra confirmation.

Create a world to inspect its logs.
Live output streams automatically while the world is running. Only 1 world runs at a time. Starting a world puts any other running world to sleep. Console commands are not available yet — use in-game operator commands such as /op and /pardon. Console docs →
WorldFolder makes the safe choices for you — here is what those choices are, in plain words.
No matching quick answer. Search the full documentation for broader results.
Describe what happened in a sentence or two. We attach your world’s status, recent errors and its latest server log for you, so there is nothing to copy and paste.
You have not reported anything yet. When you do, its progress appears here.
Friends join at your permanent address — copy it from the top bar or the Overview card. Java players add the hostname as a server. Bedrock players use the complete Bedrock address shown underneath it, including the assigned port. Details →
Your world is stored in encrypted B2, not on the computer that runs it. When nobody is playing, compute shuts down — that is what makes WorldFolder affordable. The first player to join wakes the world (usually within seconds to a minute). Your world is never deleted for idling, and the newest saved state is always kept. Details →
Yes — automatically and encrypted in WorldFolder’s managed B2 backup storage. A restore point is saved at every stop, plus scheduled backups while a world runs. You can download a separate copy at any time. Use the Backups tab to save now or restore the latest state. Details →
Untrusted code can keep a world running 24/7 or carry malware. Plugins and mods therefore come from a curated catalogue, while sensitive files use typed controls for allowlists, OPs, bans and settings. World archives (.zip, .tar.gz, .mcworld) are scanned and validated before staging to protect server integrity. Details →
Yes — from the curated Modrinth catalogue: plugins (EssentialsX, LuckPerms, WorldEdit…), datapacks and modpacks. Pick them during creation, or from World → Settings. One tap per add-on; nothing ever requires you to choose a loader. Details →
Allowlist decides who joins. OPs (operators) can use commands — only grant them to people you trust. Banned players and banned IPs block entry; unban any time by removing them in the Players tab, or in-game as an operator with /pardon / /pardon-ip. Details →
Not yet. We will add per-world collaborator roles (owner / manager / operator / viewer) — never password sharing. Until then, keep your account credentials to yourself and use OPs for in-game rights.
Every plan sleeps when unused. Plans add RAM, aggregate storage, cross-play and the curated add-on catalogue; there is no separate number-of-worlds limit. Backup cadence also scales with your plan. See Settings → Billing for exact numbers, or compare plans →
