Cookies and analytics

We only use what is needed to run WorldFolder unless you allow more. With your permission we remember your preferences and use PostHog (EU) analytics to find broken buttons and stuck steps. Cookie notice

Your browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), so saved analytics and replay choices stay off. The help prompt can ask for a separate choice for one tab, with an extra confirmation.

Complaints

If something went wrong and you want us to look into it, tell us. You do not need an account to make a complaint. We read every complaint and answer by email.

Make a complaint

You can also write to hello@worldfolder.com.

What to include

  • The address or name of the world it is about, if there is one.
  • What happened, what you expected, and roughly when.
  • An email address we can reply to.

Please do not send passwords or payment details.

If the matter is not resolved

Reply to our response and explain what remains unresolved, including any relevant information. We review the matter again and explain the outcome. Making a complaint does not restrict your statutory rights or your right to go to court.

If you have an account

Signed-in customers can use Report a problem in the dashboard. It attaches technical details about your world automatically, which usually gets a problem solved faster.

Other notices

  • Illegal content and objections to moderation decisions: illegal-content reporting and review.
  • Copyright and takedown notices: copyright complaints.
  • Questions about your personal data: privacy requests.

How the form handles your data

The complaint form is hosted at mailspool.szenessy.com on a mail platform run by the WorldFolder operator. It stores what you submit and sends it by email to hello@worldfolder.com. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
